Acrylic painting for me is like all the tears that I dont let fall. Everywhere in my work your will see my pain, my anger, my passion, my excitement, my joy, my intensity, my real raw feelings @ that time/phase. I explore my identity through ideas I have about spirituality,Identity and climate change. I represent these through universal symbols. We are all cultural hybrids if we have travelled and adapted to new places and spaces, not just with our bodies but through our minds and with our feelings. Hybridism is what we are living, this is contemporary for me. We are migrating and interfacing with non places, vitual spaces through the internet and take on Hybrid Identities. I am a hybrid and So is my work. This is my exploration.
